Knight's Bridge prides itself in establishing and maintaining positive, mutually respectful relationships with outside counsel.

Knight’s Bridge was founded by Joyce Wethington Knight.  Joyce Knight practiced law for more than 20 years in a number of contexts, including tenures as a partner in a private law firm and as General Counsel for Royal & SunAlliance USA, the US operation of a major international insurance company.

While in the private sector, Joyce had both a corporate and litigation practice.  At RSA, Joyce also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Corporate Officer.  These roles involved management of the legal, human resources and other corporate functions and service on all of RSA’s   boards of directors. She also spearheaded a wide range of corporate transactions and initiatives.

Throughout her career Joyce has managed hundreds of lawyers and been accountable for multi-million dollar annual budgets. She understands the dynamics of the corporate world and the private practice of law.

Since leaving corporate America, Joyce has been assisting businesses in a variety of legal and non-legal consultative roles.  While she remains licensed to practice law in Texas, California and North Carolina, Joyce’s work through Knight’s Bridge is not the practice of law.
